For each thousand (1,000 sticks) of incense, the incense maker receives from 4,000 to 5,000 VND in wages. On average, with one machine, working in one day, Mr. Bay’s family can produce from 60 to 70 incense sticks, earning from 250,000 to 350,000 VND/day.
