It is a small town in Tien Giang province called Cai Lay, with a population of about 200,000 people, you can feel the peaceful life of the people here.

Nearby is Cai Be floating market, a popular tourist destination with many foreign tourists when they cannot afford to visit the largest floating market in western Cai Rang.

The main economy here is agriculture. In 2009, the district’s rice cultivation area reached nearly 49,500 ha, the average yield was 57 quintals/ha, the output was 282,141 tons.
