The Challenge
This time, Netcompany was looking for an experience that could instantly lift the energy in the room and bring people closer together through creativity and shared action. They wanted something hands on, highly interactive, and exciting enough to keep everyone fully engaged from start to finish.
The twist was that everything had to happen indoors. This is not our first time doing interactive, lively indoor team building in Ho Chi Minh but our first time doing with Netcompany.
Without open fields, outdoor movement, or adventurous landscapes, the challenge for Jackfruit Adventure was to transform an indoor venue into a space that still felt vibrant and full of momentum.
That vision became the starting point for the Dragon Vessel Challenge, an immersive team journey where participants crafted, competed, celebrated, and succeeded together.
How We Helped
As the event kicked off, the atmosphere immediately filled with excitement. Teams were divided into smaller tribes where everyone took on different responsibilities and leadership roles. Before the real competition started, participants warmed up through interactive activities designed to spark communication, trust, and team chemistry.
Once the energy was high, the building phase officially began.
Using limited resources, each team had to design and construct their own Dragon Vessel from scratch.
