In Vietnam, we have an idiom for the Lunar New Year, “Mồng 1 Tết cha, Mồng 2 Tết mẹ, Mồng 3 Tết thầy",

What does it mean? It means Day 1 for father's family, Day 2 for mother's family, and Day 3 to honour teachers.

❤️ On Day 1 and Day 2,
It's a time to return home, offer incense, and wish for a strong, peaceful year ahead. The locals will gather, share stories, and enjoy traditional dishes.

📚 Day 3 is to honour teachers. Teachers are always valued in Vietnamese culture. The 3rd day is an opportunity for students to express their gratitude to those who have imparted knowledge and helped them grow.
